California is one of the most beautiful states, and our state flower reflects that perfectly.
My husband and I moved here from the Outback of Western Australia, and seeing the poppies bloom for the first time felt like a warm welcome. We've been lucky enough to call Long Beach home for over two years now and have loved every minute of it.
This little poppy holds all of that; the brightness, the warmth, the feeling of landing somewhere that feels exactly right.
