One Sunday afternoon I was strolling through the Long Beach Farmers Market at 2nd & PCH when I came across the most beautiful bundle of rainbow carrots, held together by a vibrant blue rubber band. Purple, yellow, and orange all gathered up in one casual little bunch… the kind of thing you'd walk right past if you weren't paying attention.
I was paying attention.
