France - Cat in the Window

During my honeymoon I brought along my set of paints and some paper and painted various scenes that brought me joy. We spent a week in Southern France and on our daily strolls through town we met the sweetest cat living in a windowsill surrounded by lush ivy. From then on, we made it a daily ritual to say hello to our new friend, whom I hope is still napping amongst the vines.
